211 Reasons to Connect

2-1-1 Broward hosted an engaging CLUB 211 Connecting Event at Xtreme Action Park in Fort Lauderdale

On Wednesday, March 14th, CLUB 211 Event Ambassadors Shea Smith, CPA, Berkowitz Pollack Brant, Shannon Brown with NOVA Southeastern University, and Gavin Gaukroger, Chariman of 211 Broward, spoke about the impactful services that 2-1-1 Broward provides for the community. They are able to help through their 24/7 comprehensive helpline for individuals seeking crisis intervention assistance, emotional support, information and referrals to health and human services in Broward County. Guests had the opportunity to network with other club members as they enjoyed cocktails and a food buffet courtesy of Xtreme Action Park. CLUB 211 was created to expand 2-1-1 Broward’s mission of “connecting” by offering exclusive networking opportunities for local professionals and individuals to meet at different venues throughout Broward County. Money raised through each membership, $211 per year, is used to help support the organization’s general operations.
