Experience The New Luxury Rental Concept In Fort Lauderdale’s Tallest Tower
The Related Group, Rabina Properties and Perella Weinberg Partners celebrated the grand opening of Icon Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale’s newest and tallest tower that just began welcoming tenants this October. The high-end rental concept presents a new offering to the market, emulating exclusive condo living and privilege without the commitments of ownership. The event took guests on an immersive experience through the building’s common spaces and fully outfitted model residences. Attendees were among the first to tour the newly completed property on Las Olas Boulevard, and they were treated to live music, flowing champagne and light bites from ETARU, a contemporary Japanese Robatayaki concept from Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, that is set to debut its second location at the tower in early 2018.
