South Florida Ford donates additional $25,000 during the Give from the Heart InspIRIE Dinner Gala

South Florida Ford joined forces with the IRIE Foundation to power the 14th Annual IRIE Weekend beginning Thursday, June 28th including the Give from the Heart InspIRIE Dinner Gala at Fountainebleau, Celebrity Topgolf Tournament, and the Turn Down for Brunch event. The weekend brought together several celebrities and athletes, including Jason Derulo, Shaquille O’Neal, Sean Paul and Guy Fieri. The Give from the Heart InspIRIE Dinner Gala kicked off the weekend with host Charissa Thompson of Fox Sports and performances by Sean Paul and local youth that have been empowered by the IRIE Foundation. Chairman of South Florida Ford Al Young gave an inspiring speech to the crowd and announced an additional donation of $25,000 to the IRIE Foundation, a foundation which supports the mission to empower South Florida’s at-risk youth to lead productive lives through mentorship programs, cultural experiences and scholarship opportunities. During the Celebrity Topgolf Tournament, golfers and non-golfers had the chance to enjoy the Ford Blue Lounge, a VIP hospitality experience featuring music from top DJ’s and a selection of live performances, tastings from Macallan Scotch Whisky, and special FORD golf giveaways.
