Mr. and Miss Southwest Ranches Scholarship Pageant

The Town of Southwest Ranches College Scholarship fund was created by a dedicated board of volunteers in hopes of helping offset the cost of college for a few local students. Since the inception of the fund, more than $100,000 dollars has been awarded to student residents. Each year, the board continues to raise money in hopes to provide more funding to students. The Mr. and Miss Southwest Ranches Scholarship Pageant is one of the larger fundraising events for the Town of Southwest Ranches Schools and Education Advisory Board. The yearly scholarship pageant is a great way to not only raise money but to also gain insight on the wonderful talents their students have to offer. “Supreme” titles along with community involvement awards are earned by those who raise the most money over all for this event. The top titles for fundraising have historically been awarded to students who are not yet eligible to apply for the college scholarship. Each year, the hope is to raise more money than the previous year to help students of Southwest Ranches offset the cost of college.
