First GREEN Bank is going green
First GREEN Bank’s new two-story, 8,000-square-foot headquarters building is scheduled to open at 400 East Davie Boulevard by the end of 2018. It will include USGBC LEED-certification Platinum, Net Zero Energy (solar powered), storm water collection/reuse, the highest level of sustainability/regeneration, and the highest GreenGlobes rating. The structure is also slated to have a gym, community room and other facilities, which will be open to customers and community organizations.
