Now that springtime is upon us, cool off with this refreshing spritz that starts out sharp and herbaceous, followed by an almost minty finish just before the effervescent bubbles take over.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
• 2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 8 oz. prosecco
• 4 oz. Green Chartreuse
• Ice, as needed
• 2 oz. club soda
• 2 fresh lime wheels
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, divide the mint and lime juice among two Collins glasses and muddle the mint for about 30 seconds. Next, divide the prosecco and Green Chartreuse among each glass, then fill with ice. Lastly, top with club soda and garnish with lime wheels before serving. Cheers!
