La Yuma Colada

This month Veza Sur Brewing Co. presents us with a cocktail recipe you can make at home made with La Yuma Dark Lager. Try this crisp, malty, and quenching dark lager that will pair nicely with mole chicken, aged Gouda, and Muenster cheese—or you can enjoy it all on its own to welcome flavors of roasted nuts, turnips, endive, and minerals.

INGREDIENTS:
• Veza Sur La Yuma Dark Lager
• ½ cup of coconut water
• ¾ cup of condensed milk
• 2 pineapple chunks
• Cinnamon

METHOD: Add coconut water, condensed milk, and La Yuma in a tin shaker, then add ice to tin and give it one gentle shake. Next, strain over fresh ice into Collins glass. For the final touch, garnish with pineapple chunks, pineapple leaves, and grate cinnamon stick on top. Cheers!
