Located inside the newly renovated B Ocean Resort, NAKED CRAB is a stripped-down, dressed-up crab and seafood house, cooking up classic signature dishes courtesy of local chef and restauranteur, Ralph Pagano. The restaurant offers all things surf or turf, pairing the finest prime steaks with the freshest seafood and highest quality ingredients. Highlights include a “Fish Scorecard” featuring the day’s fresh fish, oysters, clams, and lobster offerings as well as daily crab specials.

CRAB IS KING

Chef Ralph Pagano’s take on the classic Turducken is one of the dishes making crab the star of the menu. Dubbed “The World Famous Crabster” this creation is a seafood-lover’s dream featuring a decadent five pound Dutch Harbor Red King Crab, stuffed with shrimp, crab and lobster. A side of beurre blanc accompanies the dish to give it a final and perfect touch of flavor.
