THE GODFATHER COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
-1.5 oz. of Scotch whisky (or bourbon)
-0.75 oz. of Amaretto almond liqueur
-ice
-orange twist, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS: Fill a glass about two thirds full of ice. Add whisky and amaretto. Stir until well-chilled, about 20 seconds. Lastly, add an orange twist and enjoy. Cheers!
