Jet-setter Ivana Trump is looking for a change: Donald Trump’s first wife has listed her landmarked Palm Beach home for sale.
But, I’m told, she plans on buying something smaller to continue wintering on the millionaires’ island.
Ivana also wants a big real estate score: The 64-year-old is looking for $18.9 million for the nine-bedroom, 14,000-square-foot beachfront mansion — nearly four times what she originally paid for it in 1994.
Realtors may want to reach out to her because she’s looking for something smaller here for when she’s not in Saint Tropez or London.
The property also has a tunnel leading to the beach underneath South Ocean Boulevard.
