The esteemed Jacob’s Ladder Award will be presented to the “angel” of the year. This person has dedicated themselves to protecting neglected and abused children, and also those with developmental disabilities. Proceeds from this event benefit the children of JAFCO, which serves to help those children aforementioned, and to provide all children with safety, love, security, and a place to belong.
